The PMATCOM recycles the assistive technology devices that
have been loaned out and upgrades them. Contact the health care professional who
previously handled your request. This professional will be able to re-evaluate
your needs and take the necessary steps to solve your problem.
If need be, this professionnal can return the assistive technology device you
no longer need or use to the PMATCOM so that others may benefit from
it.
The return address is indicated on your assistive technology
device.
